Adam Levitt

FOUNDER

Adam Levitt is the founder and principal of LL Equity Partners, a commercial real estate investment and management firm. He is responsible for overseeing all investment and management activities for the firm as well as implementing and executing the company's vision.

Prior to founding LL Equity Partners, Adam worked for New York based Time Equities, Inc. and Boca Raton based PEBB Enterprises. In his career, Mr. Levitt has worked on acquisitions in excess of 5 million square feet valued at over $500 Million. His acquisition and asset management experience expands across 27 states.

Adam received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business, with a concentration on Real Estate.
